The Zigiz Privacy Policy is applicable to the Zigiz website and all games which are being offered on or via this website. For these applications Zigiz B.V., whose registered office is at Arendstraat 23, (1123 RE) Hilversum, is the responsible party as referred to in the Personal Data Protection Act.
1. General visitor's data
| 1.1 | Our server automatically records the IP number of each visitor to our website. We save IP numbers of visitors to the Zigiz website, information on the pages requested by the visitors to our website and any information on websites from which visitors were linked to the Zigiz website. Cookies are also used to gather information. The data thus retrieved are used for the following purposes:
- (a) statistical purposes;
- (b) promotional purposes;
- (c) to enable the affiliate (Zigiz's external promotor) to be rewarded for placing a link to Zigiz on the affiliate's website, whenever a user registrates at a later stage.

2. Data of registered users
| 2.1 | Visitors of the Zigiz website wishing to take part in play-for-Real games are asked to create a user's account, containing a Zigiz user name and an email address. Besides, Zigiz registrates the games you play, your game credits and your payment data. Zigiz uses this information for:
- (a) the purposes referred to in Article 1.1;
- (b) the execution of the agreement with the user
- (c) the management of the user account;
- (d) the mailing of the Zigiz newsletter;
- (e) the possibility of adjusting the advertisements on the Zigiz website to the user's personal data such as age, sex, and the country of residence;
- (f) the making of payments. Your payment data are saved by us; that way you do not need to re-enter all data for future payments or boosting your credits.

| 2.3 | If a registered user has won a prize, Zigiz may decide to publish the winner's chosen user name, the amount of the prize, and in specific cases his/her city of residence, on Zigiz's website and/or any other medium.

- (a) be able to analyse the use of our website, in order to optimize and improve our website and adjust our products and services even more to our user's wishes;

| 4.1 | Zigiz reserves the right to combine the users' data and different data acquired on the use of our various games, in order to adjust our services and games to the users' wishes as much as possible. |
5. Inspection of data
| 5.1 | If you wish to inspect the data concerning you, please send a written request to that effect to Zigiz B.V., Attn. of Manager Zigiz, Arendstraat 23, 1223 RE Hilversum. A copy of a valid identity card, passport of driver's licence must be included. |
